Allround Vegetable Processing manufactures a range of skin separators that effectively remove loose pieces, skin, branches, and leaves from produce prior to the washing process.
The skin separators work on different density principal, that the product is heavier than the pieces that are to be taken out and therefore separates them. A floating waste is carried out from the machine together either with the stream of water or optionally dirt mill can be integrated on top of the skin separator. Optionally a recirculation tank can be included on demand which receives the used water from the skin separator.
In conjunction with the filter belt on top of the recirculation tank, dirt is separated from the used water streamed from the skin separator.
Allround standard skin separator comes in a painted mild steel frame with bearings and drive/idle rollers are made of mild steel. However, on demand, it can supplied in stainless steel AISI304, but bearings and drive/idle rollers are of mild steel.
Allround standard skin separator comes with a 5 mm spacing rubber coated mild steel 30 mm cleat height product conveyor. However, on demand, it can supplied in stainless steel.
